               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">730">Surgical Technician - Plastic Surgery Center In Bellevue<BR><BR><BR>Location :Bellevue WA US 98004<BR><BR>Job Type :Full Time<BR>Career Level :Experienced (Non-Manager)<BR>Education :Vocational<BR>Category :Medical/Health<BR>Job Description :<BR><BR><BR>JOIN A GROWING COMPANY!<BR><BR>Lifestyle Lift? is the Nation?s trusted leader in facial rejuvenation with 40 centers located across the United States?and we?re growing!<BR>We are opening Lifestyle Lift Offices across the Country to meet the growing demand for our facial firming procedures.<BR><BR>CLICK HERE TO SEE A QUICK VIDEO ABOUT CAREERS AT LIFESTYLE LIFT!<BR><BR>SURGICAL TECHNICIAN<BR><BR><BR>This position does not provide medical advice nor practice medicine.<BR>?<BR>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:<BR>Prepare instruments, equipment and appropriate narcotics needed for surgical procedures.?<BR>Clean and sterilize operating room and instruments after a Lifestyle Lift procedure in a timely manner.?<BR>Creates a strong communication channel with office doctors in order to proactively and effectively service their needs.?<BR>Effectively communicates pre-operative and post-operative instructions to patients.?<BR>Observe and maintain compliance with all OSHA guidelines including hazard communication, MSDS, and PPE requirements.?<BR>Performs a variety of administrative tasks such as chart documentation, completing consent paperwork, processing medical clearances when a nurse is not present, creating daily surgery assignments, daily 24 hour patient call back list, and verifies completion daily.?<BR>Assist and provide services requested/required by the surgeon during a procedure while utilizing aseptic techniques.<BR>Applies proper post operative dressings to patients with patient comfort in mind.?<BR>Masters techniques in suture removal.?<BR>Works with all office staff to ensure that opportunities to understand and meet Patients? current and future desires for Lifestyle Lift procedures are maximized.?<BR>May be cross-trained to fulfill the responsibilities of other team members.<BR>Other duties as assigned.<BR>Job Requirements :<BR><BR>?<BR>KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:?<BR>Completion of a surgical technician program or equivalent experience preferred.<BR>Surgical technician certification is preferred.?<BR>Proven to be extremely reliable with minimal supervision.?<BR>Ability to quickly establish rapport within all levels of the organization.<BR>Current CPR and AED certification.?<BR>Excellent communication of the English language (spoken and written).<BR>Communication in The Spanish language (spoken) is preferred.<BR>Possesses exceptional customer service skills and a motivating positive attitude.<BR>Able to discern when to make decisions in real-time vs. when to seek approval; exercises sound decision making.<BR>Works well under pressure and does not waiver in working as a team.<BR>Comfortable asking for help when needed.<BR>Demonstrates a commitment to ethical conduct.<BR>?<BR>Benefits package for this position includes:<BR>Medical Insurance<BR>Life Insurance<BR>Vision Plan<BR>Short Term & Long Term Disability<BR>Paid Vacation<BR>401K Program<BR>                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           </font></td>
