               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">iFusionIT is a multi-national technology consulting firm headquartered in Bellevue, Washington.   <BR><BR>We are currently seeking experienced Systems Engineer/Systems Analysts, Software Development Engineers, Application Developers and Software Development Engineers in Test for contract roles.<BR><BR>Position: Systems Engineer/Systems Analyst<BR>•Interface with various other divisions that are users of WPC to gather requirements<BR>•Analyze WPC system, user requirements, procedures and problems and understand impacts to WPC system<BR>•Create documents for new or existing applications and WPC database enhancements and convert requirements to high level system design <BR>•Estimate development efforts required for the WPC or PCM enhancements and improvements <BR>•Create Requirements, Functional Specification, Test Requirement and User Guide Documents<BR>•Support both purchased and in-house developed applications<BR>•Develop business process designs and business solutions with a variety of tools<BR>Job Requirements:<BR><BR>•Plan, direct, and complete the analysis of business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Act as a liaison between the user community and development team<BR>•Complete required analysis deliverable documentation <BR>•Demonstrate knowledge of the business processes in the area of responsibility and work with the Business to define requirements that will drive efficiencies in the business taking into account the entire picture as well as the details <BR>•Conceptualize, document, and communicate solutions to meet business objectives. <BR>•Apply modeling techniques to Analyst deliverables <BR>•Demonstrate the ability to perform a cost/benefit analysis to determine whether automation is the appropriate course of action <BR>•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or computer- related field.<BR><BR>The minimum education, training, and experience necessary to perform the job duties include a Bachelor’s degree (or the equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or computer-related field.experience in System Design.<BR><BR>iFusionIT will only accept resumes from principal candidates- no resumes from recruiters, consulting firms or other vendors at this time.
