This position will develop and conduct IT training programs for City staff. Provide direct support to City staff in the conversion and development of Sharepoint 2010 sites. Diagnose and resolve problems that customers are having with Sharepoint 2010. Create and maintain Sharepoint resource sites for training and information. Develop training materials, including video vignettes, FAQs, and classroom handouts.
