Robinson Worldwide, Inc.<BR>Position Description<BR>The Transportation Sales Manager ensures that all Sales Representatives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes; delegates authority and responsibility within branch sales team to establish accountability.<BR>He or she will set examples for Sales Responsibilities in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits. The sales manager will conduct regular coaching and counseling with Sales Representatives to build motivation and selling skills.<BR>Responsibilities<BR>? Execute and manage business plan and sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and profitability.<BR>? Oversee and manage sales funnel for entire branch.<BR>? Responsible for the performance and development of branch Sales Representatives.<BR>? Conduct one-on-one review with all branch Sales Representatives to build more effective communication, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Representatives performance.<BR>? Provide timely feedback to general manager regarding performance. <BR>? Assist Sales Representatives in preparation of proposals and presentations.<BR>? Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.<BR>? Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.<BR>?
