               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Under general direction, will manage the VMO relationships by building solid, profitable relationships through delivery of exceptional customer service characterized by mutual respect, understanding, and trust. <BR><BR>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<BR>Identify new job order opportunity through client contacts and consultants via candidate marketing and relationship building. <BR>Qualify and prioritize incoming job orders for recruiters. <BR>Review resumes submitted by Recruiter and make final decision of which candidates are sent to client. <BR>Coordinate client interviews with candidate and communicate necessary feedback throughout the recruiting process. <BR>Negotiate and establish appropriate bill rates.<BR>Develop client expectations regarding job orders and ensure expectations are maintained. <BR>Conduct follow up activities with clients to ensure customer satisfaction is met. <BR>Resolve discrepancies and issues that arise. <BR>Advise clients throughout placement process. <BR>Work closely with Recruiter in efforts related to candidate activities including but not limited to quality assurance, follow up, retention and extension, lead generation, re-marketing, and assignment end. <BR>Enter and track submittal requirements into Recruitmax. <BR>Ensure client and Kforce are in compliance with contractual obligations. <BR>Track and report performance statistics on assigned accounts.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        </font></td>
