Before you begin, please print out the job announcement; you may need to refer to it while completing the application.<BR><BR><BR>Biostatistical Analysis (Introductory Statistics) Instructor<BR><BR><BR>About the Position:A non-tenure track, temporary instructor for ESCI 340:?Biostatistical Analysis beginning spring quarter 2012.<BR><BR>About the Department:Environmental Sciences<BR>Position Responsibilities:Teach one section of a 5-credit 300-level Environmental Science course as an introduction to statistics.?The class may have up to 30 students majoring in Environmental Science. The course is required of all Environmental Science majors. Major topic areas are distributions, pair-wise comparisons, ANOVA, simple linear regression and correlation. An existing section of this course is also being offered Spring quarter by a different instructor. The existing section is scheduled to be offered during Spring quarter on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 11:00 - 12:40, March 27 - June 5, and we anticipate that this section will have the same schedule, although some flexibility can be arranged.
