Duties include but are not limited to:<BR>1.Responsible for preparing budgets, forecasts, revenue and expense analysis and business trend analysis. <BR>2.Responsible for providing senior management with financial and business trend reporting used for planning, strategic, and tactical decision making. <BR>3.Responsible for completing variance analysis in report form of data for day to day management of projects and budgets. <BR>4.Analyzes and prepares recommendations for financial plans, acquisitions activity, trended future requirements, operating forecasts, etc.<BR>5.Responsible for providing budget analysis reports to regional and corporate management<BR>6.Responsible for performing economic research and studies in areas of rates of return, depreciation, and working capital requirements.<BR>7.Develops, implements and manages budget for the regions on an annual and ongoing basis from data coordinated from markets and projects<BR>8.Assists market/project personnel with budget requirements.<BR>9.Interfaces with corporate accounting for regional financial requirements.<BR>To apply, please email your resume to Jaemi.Taylor@Roberthalf.com<BR><BR>Additional Information<BR><BR>Location: Bellingham, WA<BR><BR><BR>Job ID: 04410-144686<BR><BR><BR>Experience: Skills and Abilities:<BR>-BA/BS in Accounting or Finance<BR>-5+ years of analysis experience<BR>-Strong analysis skills<BR>-Excellent time management and organizational skills<BR>-Detail oriented<BR>-Advanced computer skills: databases, spreadsheets, financial and accounting systems.
