This position is responsible for providing credible and understandable financial analyses and guidance that enhance decision making of assigned internal customers This position collects, analyzes and prepares financial data, analyzes fiscal accounting and related systems, regulatory submissions, fiscal presentations for budget and reimbursement, and financial feasibility studies.<BR><BR><BR>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS<BR>1. Interprets results of clinical data to explain financial outcomes. This is completed by:<BR>'' Defining clinical and operational impacts<BR>'' Translating the operational impacts into financial components<BR>'' Calculating financial implication to quantify data.<BR>2. Provide timely dissemination of financial information in such a manner as to promote clarity of understanding, promote effective operational decision making, and ensure an understanding of the financial ramifications of decision alternatives.<BR>3. Develop and monitor defined metrics that support regional and system wide parameters and in accord with the planning calendar.<BR><BR>4. Develop and maintain business partner relationships including a detailed understanding of the business units/programs being served as applicable.<BR>4. Provide ongoing financial and variation analysis that will assist management in enhancing operations.<BR>6. Perform data validation and process verification to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of reported information.<BR><BR>7. Prepares special studies which analyze a specific part of the operations as directed.<BR>8.  Complete high priority projects in a timely manner that facilitates and enhances the decision making.<BR>9.  Prepare and present financial information to management as requested. Provide financial education as needed or requested.<BR>10.
