               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION: </b><BR>Bellingham apartment complex is looking for two Maintenance Technicians to perform building repair and upkeep including plumbing, painting, electrical, minor appliance repair and grounds clean up.<BR><BR>Additional duties include repair and refurbishing of apartments at turnover. Will drive to multiple Bellingham properties using a company or personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement.<BR><BR>The ideal candidates will be dependable and work independently. They will be self-starters willing to work on-call and on a rotating schedule, as well as using the required tools and equipment.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS: </b><BR>- 2 years apartment maintenance or equivalent experience <BR>- Valid driver license for purpose of operating a company vehicle<BR>- Demonstrate the ability to report to multiple/changing jobsites consistently, reliably, and within a defined timeline.<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:  </b><BR>- 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday<BR>- Available on-call 7 days a week if maintenance needed<BR><BR><b>WAGE / BENEFITS: </b><BR>- $12 to $16 per hour, DOE <BR>- Mileage at $0.55 per mile<BR>- Medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k, paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, life insurance <BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE: </b><BR>- Closes at 4 p.m. on October 30, 2012, or at employer request<BR><BR>b>HOW TO APPLY:</b><BR>To request a referral come to WorkSource Whatcom or the nearest WorkSource Center.<BR><BR>Please have the job order number and a resume identifying how you meet the required qualifications.<BR><BR>- Be prepared to complete a company application at time of an employer interview<BR><BR>- Materials accepted Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.<BR><BR>- WorkSource staff <b>MUST</b> refer to the Special Instructions to determine the referral process</font></td>
