               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Basic Job Responsibilities:<BR>* Proactively patrol the mall property as instructed.<BR>* Provide a highly visible security presence to help deter criminal activity and violation of the client's Code of Conduct and act promptly to address unacceptable behavior.<BR>* Seek opportunities to interact with customers and tenants and be friendly, helpful and attentive to enhance their experience at the property. <BR>* While on patrol, be alert and identify potential safety hazards, mitigate found hazards, and notify the client of conditions of concern.<BR>* Respond to, investigate, and write reports on all incidents and accidents including medical emergencies, fires, alarms, bomb threats, etc. in accordance with the mall's Operating Procedure Manual. <BR><BR>Minimum Qualifications: <BR>* Must be at least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements. <BR>* Must have a high school diploma or GED, or at least 10 years of verifiable employment history. <BR>* At least one verifiable employer, prior customer service experience preferred. <BR>* No criminal convictions as specified under AlliedBarton guidelines. <BR>* Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing for the purpose of public interaction and report writing. <BR>* Authorized to work in the United States. <BR>* Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. <BR>* Negative result on pre-employment drug screen. <BR>* Successful completion of Allied's Security Officer Basic Course exam and other Mall Security Training Courses. <BR>* Ability to be trained to correctly use handcuffs and pepper spray. <BR>* Hold a valid Drivers License. <BR>* Ability to patrol mall facility by foot up to a potential distance of eight miles per day. <BR>* Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standard. <BR>* Neat and professional appearance. <BR>* Friendly and professional demeanor. <BR>* Ability to provide quality customer service. <BR>* Ability to effectively handle typical and crisis situations at the mall.</font></td>
