               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Job Description <BR>Title: Sales and Marketing Associate <BR>Reports to: Division Manager <BR>Based at:  Bellingham, WA <BR>Job Description: <BR>To grow sales and customer satisfaction in our sports and industrial netting division and achieve short and long term goals set forth by the company’s strategic plan. <BR>Key responsibilities and accountabilities: <BR>• generate and qualify leads<BR>• develop and maintain a customer database<BR>• develop and maintain sales and promotional materials<BR>• make sales calls to new and existing clients<BR>• negotiate with clients<BR>• develop sales proposals<BR>• maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports<BR>• respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person<BR>• participate in sales events<BR><BR>Person profile - Sales and Marketing Associate <BR>Business and Selling Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in person, by telephone and by email. Must also be willing to travel based on the company’s needs. Demonstrates ability to work well with others and be a team-player. Appreciates need for consistency, accuracy and the attention to detail. <BR>Computer skills: Must be adept in use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Publisher and Outlook. <BR>Literacy and Numeracy: Able to calculate gross margin percentages. Ability to understand and calculate imperial or metric dimensions. Good understanding of geometry. Competent writer of business letters, quotations and proposals.</font></td>
