Building Maintenance - You provide mechanical, electrical, and electronic support for the facility by installing, maintaining, repairing, and dismantling mechanical, electrical, electronic, and plumbing equipment and fixtures.<BR><BR>? Record Keeping - You log maintenance, repair, and other records and schedules.<BR><BR>? Software Updates - You perform software changes for multiple departments within the facility.<BR><BR>Skills and Characteristics:<BR>? Specialized Training - You possess the aptitude, specialized training, and proficiency in areas such as: electrical motors and circuitry, air handling and boiler systems, pipes and fitting, heating and air conditioning equipment, and material handling equipment. State and / or local license required, where applicable.<BR><BR>? Attitude - You are a half-glass full" type of person. You can take any situation and make it a positive.<BR><BR>?
