That''s why we''re here.<BR><BR>Analyst, Applications Support (Identity Management)<BR><BR>Position Purpose:<BR>An Application Support Analyst has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in an application support discipline (Message Processing, Mediations, Provisioning, Billing, Web, Middleware, Retail Activation Systems, Payment Processing, etc... ). An Analyst is able to work independently on escalated issues and prioritizes, investigates and resolves them with minimal guidance from others. They function as the technical leads of their teams. Occasionally an Analyst will be given opportunities to lead teams and projects to resolve complex technical issues.A unique opportunity exists on our Identity Management Team. We are looking for an individual with superb Unix and Weblogic skills who would be interested in supporting the identity management discipline. We will train the right individual on the Oracle Identity Suite. (OID, OIM, OVD, OAM, OES, OIA and OIF).Primary Duties and Responsibilities:<BR>* Proactively suggest ways of improving system stability, availability, performance and reliability<BR>*Ability to prioritize and resolve multiple complex and critical issues.<BR>* Forecasts and plans for supporting both applications functionality and capacity requirements in a rapidly growing, changing and complex environment.<BR>* Protect and insure the stability of the operational systems as well as maintain the integrity of the data they contain<BR>* Assist in determining the impact of operational issues and provide input into their resolution via data extraction and quantification<BR>* Coordinate and prioritize all escalated activities, including testing, project management and implementation of system upgrades, enhancements, and bug fixes.<BR>* Assess critical path and assist in implementation of any project required by the business<BR>* Available to provide 24 X7 support as required<BR><BR>Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:<BR>* Transfer knowledge to other members of you                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    </font></td>
