System Design engineers for EIT Unified Communications will be located in Bothell, WA or Atlanta, GA and serve as the design engineer responsible for the strategy and development of our call routing systems that support our frontline care, retail, enterprise and T-Mobile customers.Duties and responsibilities:<BR>* Analyze business and technical requirements and apply technical and analytical skills to developing appropriate solutions and designs for the following applications:<BR>* Skills based routing, vectoring and predictive call delivery<BR>* Avaya Integrated Management Site Administrator<BR>* Avaya suite of tools and Applications - CMS, One X *,Agent/Communicator, DMCC and PDS<BR>* ALI Solutions - Applications: OnQ & Call Tech - Supporting the dialing campaign<BR>* Call Management Systems ; VoIP monitoring tools; Quality Monitoring tools; IP LAN and WAN for transport of VoIP communication, SIP(entry level)<BR>* Verint - Impact360 / (Call/Screen recording solution) Integration with Cisco ICM/CTIOS, Avaya PDS Dialer, Speech IVR and DMCC<BR>* Aspect Suite - TCS, RTA, ESP<BR>* Knowlagent - eLearning for Agents - create and deploy eLearning courses to agent''s desktops via web.<BR>* Windows 7 - CCT Applications testing and validation.<BR>* Regression testing on all updates / service packs for all Applications and dev. and pre-production environment.<BR>* Ability to effectively transfer knowledge to team members and other work groups as a subject matter expert.
