That''s why we''re here. Analyst, Systems Description This position is responsible for supporting the various business operations functions of the EIT Customer Systems Development organization. Specific functions include operational reporting (status, KPI, financial, business process); financial analysis and reporting (operational budget, project allocation, forecasting and reconciliation); overall IT Demand Management; operational project support (estimation, code drop management, release packaging, etc.). This position understands how organizations function to accomplish their purpose, and defines capabilities an organization requires to provide a service or meet their goals. This position facilitates communication between organizational units to align the needs of the organization with larger entities to ensure efficient business operations. Job Duties and Responsibilities * Perform necessary analysis tasks based upon area of focus and complete required analysis deliverable documentation * Work with user/client community to define requirements that will drive efficiencies into the operational function of the organization, taking into account the entire picture as well as the details * Interview customers/clients to determine and document requirements for data, reports, analysis, training, service levels, data quality and performance * Translate business requirements into system impacts and other necessary documentation * Identify various data sources and executes validation and quality control * Identify, evaluate and define impacts of changes, providing alternatives both to the process changes as well as system-level impacts. * Build and maintain ongoing relationships with internal teams * Exercise effective organization and time management skills to be able to multi-task effectively * Develop a system analysis work plan to manage tasks, deliverables, schedule and provides information to stakeholders and Project Management. * Provide SME leadership and consulting support on complex tasks. Initiate and execute initiatives to improve the processes, procedures, and tools utilized by the team. Solid understanding of all business channels. !*!
