               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Requisition #: PDS-458-3220<BR>Posting Job Title: Dental Technology Service Technician<BR>Job Posting Category: Technician<BR><BR>State: Washington<BR><BR>City: Bothell<BR><BR>Job Description: <BR>Provides local dental practices with computer installation, maintenance and troubleshooting software problems on PCs running in a Windows environment.<BR>Primary Responsibilities:<BR>* Conducts site surveys at dental practices to determine the needs of the practice.<BR>* Performs standard system installations and tests the functionality of all components.<BR>* Trains the office staff on proper operation of the systems installed.<BR>* Provides technical support after initial installation of PC software and hardware.<BR>* Assists in determining replacement components necessary for on-site service repairs.<BR>* Provides summaries of services rendered to the technical support team.<BR>* Completes all required paperwork (time sheets, service orders, BRH forms, inventory expense reports, purchase card statements, and equipment related items).<BR>* Follows all proper vehicle maintenance guidelines.<BR>* Presents a clean, professional appearance, including proper company uniforms at all times.<BR>* Initiates, acquires, and maintains technical knowledge to remain current with company standards.<BR>* Performs other duties as assigned.<BR>Qualifications: <BR>* Associates degree in a computer related field preferred.<BR>* Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification or MCP preferred.<BR>* 2-3 years experience in computer repair.<BR>* 2-3 years experience in category five cabling.<BR>* 2-3 years experiences in TCP/IP networking.<BR>* Experience with peripherals such as printers, backups, scanners, and modems required.<BR>* Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and self-motivation.<BR>Position Type: Full-Time<BR><BR>Regular or Temporary: Regular<BR><BR>Company: Patterson Dental Supply, Inc.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 </font></td>
