Specifically, the team is responsible for creation and delivery of self service products specific business markets. <BR><BR>The role of Ecommerce Profile Analyst is a crucial one within our client''s organization. Within the confines of the company''s functionality and contract stipulations, the Analyst''s objective is to present every customer with a seamless online shopping experience, whether they are buying or just browsing, thereby encouraging return visits and driving customer satisfaction and retention. The Profile Analyst must understand the impact of every action on internal and external customers and pay thorough attention to detail to ensure the success of the organization and increased revenue for the company. <BR><BR>A typical day will include the following: <BR>* Enter customer data into a database which will create customized website for their customer<BR>* Test functionality of site to ensure the customer has a great experience<BR>* Be responsible for basic troubleshooting, maintenance fixes, and enhancements (password changes, etc.)<BR>* Use strong written communication skills through internal channels which will support customer <BR>* Proactively manage content and profiles to reduce recurrence of customer effecting outages and escalations<BR>* Maintain customer satisfaction by communicating SLAs and other variables affecting deliverables accurately to set customer expectations<BR>* Research and respond to customer inquiries regarding profiles, functionality and general content in a timely manner </font></td>
