You will utilize your strong IT skills to translate compensation plans into IT requirements and work to develop data reporting capabilities within True Comp. We make sure of it through support of a formal development planning process, as well as countless opportunities to expand your knowledge and skill set through resources such as the Learning@Philips program, tuition reimbursement and/or mentor relationships.<BR><BR>In this role, you will:<BR>Oversee the construction of a robust data mart within True Comp that enables plan performance assessments, management reporting and scenario modeling .<BR><BR>Manage communication between developers and end users to ensure technical compatibility, proper translation of comp plans , and effective testing and system functionality outcomes.<BR><BR>Design and create the technical specifications for data mart enhancements to support user needs for True Comp reporting functionality. Understands reporting objectives, gathers data requirements and identifies solutions to accomplish reporting objectives. Work with internal business SMEs to gather business or reporting requirements. May plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing.<BR><BR>Review and monitor vendor performance and return-on-investment metrics. Performs qualitative analysis to assess vendor performance and reports back to management. Interprets SOW agreements and partners with vendors to ensure a common interpretation. Identifies and resolves or escalates vendor compliance issues.<BR><BR>Define and document connections or disconnects between business processes and system processes. Leads change initiatives to address business process issues.<BR><BR>Manage changes to baseline requirements through effective application of change control processes and tools.<BR><BR>Review technical specification documentation to ensure that proposed software enhancements meet the business and functional requirements for incentive plan execution.<BR><BR>Provide documentation and high level training to end users on True Comp reporting and analytics tools.<BR><BR>Design, build, test and validate new or existing reports.<BR><BR>Qualifications<BR>BA/BS in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business or relatedIT/quantitative analytical field.<BR><BR>5 years of experience in designing, building, and implementing business solutions using information technology.<BR><BR>5 years of experience in performing business performance data analysis and report develo                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         </font></td>
