               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Position Title: IT/Project Support Technician<BR><BR>Position Description: The IT and Project Support Technician will work as part of a global team to perform a wide range of tasks including IM support, lab maintenance, test vehicle setup, as well as build- and configuration management support. The ideal candidate has a strong customer orientation, and combines IT skills with the flexibility that is required to fill multiple roles. This is a full time position combining the dynamics of a small company environment.<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR><BR>Provide IM support for the local team in coordination with the global IM department. This includes the server infrastructure, desktop setup and support, as well as a wide range of mobile devices. <BR>Setup, maintain, and improve software build environments. <BR>Setup SW software development and test benches, as well as test vehicles, including setup for video and data collection. <BR>As needed, support the test and build management teams with tasks around scripting, testing, build management, and configuration management, as well as some smaller software development tasks.<BR><BR>Required Skills:<BR><BR>Flexibility to handle multiple changing tasks and priorities <BR>Experience in maintaining an IM infrastructure (Mostly Microsoft based server and desktop setup and maintenance with some Linux) <BR>Service oriented and able to coordinate multiple roles and responsibilities <BR>A great team player who thrives deadline driven project environments <BR>Self-motivated, eager to learn and try new things and to troubleshoot problems <BR>Process oriented <BR>Ability to work well in a global environment <BR>Well organized with excellent written and oral communication skills<BR><BR>Preferred Skills:<BR><BR>Demonstrated experience with languages: C++, Java, Perl, Python, Windows and Unix shell scripts <BR>IM related certifications – MCTS <BR>Intranet website maintenance<BR><BR>Benefits Package: Protingent offers competitive salary, a choice of two medical plans, pre-tax commuter benefits, Paid Time Off (PTO) and an administered 401k plan.<BR><BR>About Protingent: Protingent is a niche provider of top Engineering and IT talent to Software, Electronics, Medical Device, Telecom and Aerospace companies nationwide.
