               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: IVR Analyst<BR>Location: null<BR>Other Locations: null<BR>Ciber Inc. is seeking an experienced IVR Analyst:<BR>* <BR>Analyze requirements and design in support of large scale business-critical IVR application suite implementations for call volume supporting 32.8 million customers.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><BR>* <BR>Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or developed client applications or systems.<BR>* <BR>Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes.<BR>* <BR>Recommend and implement improvements to applications, design call flows, write prompts, and VUI specification documents.<BR>* <BR>Develop grammars, coach voice talents, and conduct usability tests.<BR>* <BR>Help determine speech recognition grammars and techniques for products and projects<BR>* <BR>Estimate level of effort and timeframe to achieve deliverables and goals and deliver on time and on estimation.<BR>* <BR>Interact regularly with Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Application Support, Quality Assurance Testers, Operations, and external vendors as necessary.<BR>* <BR>Assist in definition, design, and management of Enterprise Architecture components and low-level technical Architecture design documents.<BR>* <BR>Utilize departmental Software Development Lifecycle Methodology as a guide for analyst activities.<BR>* <BR>Provide occasional 24x7 and on-call availability in support of software releases and emergency break fix support.<BR><BR>* <BR>Minimum 5 years of analysis experience with medium to large-scale projects<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><BR>* <BR>1 year of experience performing analysis and conceptual design of an IVR System on VoiceXML, DTMF<BR>* <BR>Platforms that uses text-to-speech and speech recognition<BR>* <BR>1 year experience with Speech Recognition and Text-To-Speech - Voice User Interface Design preferred<BR>* <BR>Experience with writing and testing Speech Recognition Grammar files using grXML<BR>* <BR>Experience with scripting using VBScript or JavaScript<BR>* <BR>Experience with defect management tools such as HP Quality Center, HP OpenView, and BAC<BR>* <BR>Working knowledge and basic understanding of Cisco ICM, TIBCO, SQL/Oracle, UML, and SOAP/WSDL<BR>* <BR>Experience working with the SDLC and coaching others on SDLC concepts<BR>* <BR>Experience interpreting business requirements and translating business requirements into functional requirements and design<BR>* <BR>Excellent MS Office Skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>Ciber is a global IT consulting company with 7,000 consultants in North America, Europe and Asia/Pacific, and approximately $1 billion in annual revenue.
