               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Seattle Genetics is a biotechnology company advancing a broad pipeline of antibody-based therapies. In August 2011, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) granted accelerated approval of Seattle Genetics' first commercial product, ADCETRIS™ (brentuximab vedotin). We are currently seeking an individual to join the Medical Information team. The individual will report to the Director of Medical Information within the Medical Affairs department.<BR><BR>Responsibilities: <BR><BR>• Utilize appropriate resources to respond verbally or in writing in a fair and balanced manner to unsolicited requests received through the Call Center<BR>• Conduct periodic review of published literature pertaining to Seattle Genetics, Inc. products and update the Medical Information Letters as needed<BR>• Staff the Medical Affairs booth at major scientific meetings<BR>• Provide training support, as needed, to the Medical Science Liaison team and the Sales team<BR>• Provide verbal and written clinical and technical responses  to internal customers as it relates to Seattle Genetics products<BR>• Facilitate intake and triage of adverse events and product complaints as they relate to Seattle Genetics products<BR>• Conduct literature reviews and provide written summary of the literature to the Medical Affairs team<BR>• Assist in creating congress planner and post-meeting summary<BR>• Perform other relevant tasks as requested by management<BR><BR><BR>Requirements:<BR><BR>• The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experiences:<BR>• A minimum of 1 year biotechnology or pharmaceutical experience, preferably in the hematology/oncology setting or comparable graduate or post-graduate training relevant to the field of medical information<BR>• A clinical or advanced doctoral degree (RN, PA MD, PhD or PharmD) required<BR>• Candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally<BR>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills<BR>• Proficient in MS Office applications<BR>• Up to 5% national and some international traveling required.<BR><BR>The candidate should also demonstrate a leadership style that fits within the Seattle Genetics culture.
