That''s why we''re here.Principal Analyst, Systems 12007268Job Duties and Responsibilities:<BR>* Lead and drive completion of analysis and design deliverable documentation for Oracle Customer Hub/ Siebel 8.1/CRM systems involving multiple projects of high complexity, coordinating across many technical teams.<BR>* Responsible to identify, analyze and align technical systems integration points across a broad range of systems and anticipate impacts on Customer Hub/CRM applications<BR>* Work with the Business to define and refine requirements that will drive efficiencies and ROI in the business, while managing the technical impacts and trade-offs analysis<BR>* Works with Business Partners, Business Analysts, Systems Analysts and Architects across Customer Systems teams and end users to determine and document system requirements for data, SLAs/Service Levels, User Experience, Archiving/legal requirements, training, data governance, and performance.<BR>* Translates business requirements into system impacts, functional requirements and functional specifications.<BR>* Works with Customer Hub and other architects and developers to translate requirements into operational technical specifications.<BR>* Helps identify and assess potential data needs for and leads data analysts in addition of those to data deliverables.<BR>* Leader on the team of data analysts and other contract systems analysts in execution of analysis deliverables - such as data source validation, data profiling, completion of data specs and source system analysis work required by the functional specs.<BR>* Serve as Lead Analyst on projects where Customer Hub is central to solution<BR>* Communicate and escalate critical to project leadership<BR>* Attend project leadership meetings and help drive decisions and technical execution across multiple IT teams.<BR>* Identify, evaluate and define impacts of changes, provide alternatives both to the application changing and all upstream and downstream systems.<BR>* Plan, facilitate, and drive success of working sessions with cross-functional resources.<BR>* Plan, facilitate, and drive success of knowledge transfer and training sessions with cross-functional resources.<BR>* Ability to conduct peer reviews to solicit feedback on materials created.<BR><BR>!*!Candidates must have the following:<BR>* Oracle Seibel CRM or Oracle Customer Hub - 10 years or multiple implementations - configuration, analsyis, design and architecture<BR>* Oracle DB and SQL fluency - 10 years or multiple implementations<BR>* Deep Oracle UCM </font></td>
