               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b>   <BR>Big 5 Sporting Goods is having a Hiring Event to interview candidates for multiple Retail Sales Associates / Cashiers.  The Hiring Event is at the Lynnwood WorkSource on Monday October 29th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM to staff a new store that is opening in Bothell. <BR><BR>The first two weeks will involve store setup: unloading trucks, lifting up to 50 lbs, building racks / shelving units, pricing and organizing merchandise.  Once store setup is complete, regular business work will involve customer service, sales, cashiering, and maintaining store appearance.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>- Good customer service<BR>- Ability to operate a cash register<BR>- Basic math skills to accurately count money transactions<BR>- Must be at least 18 years of age<BR>- Able to pass a background check<BR>- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs<BR>- Must have open work flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>- First 2 weeks during setup will be 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM<BR>- Regular store operation schedule will vary between 10-25+ hours per week anytime between 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday through Saturday and 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Sundays<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b><BR>- Wages are based on experience<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:</b><BR>- Position is open until filled<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY / REQUEST A REFERRAL:</b><BR>Report in person with this Job Order Number to your nearest WorkSource office.  Bring in your resume or work history showing you meet all requirements.  Applicants will be screened according to the job requirements listed above.  The employer has requested a limited number of candidates for this position.
