               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Requisition #: PDS-458-2281<BR>Posting Job Title: Sales - Sales Trainee Development Program<BR>Job Posting Category: Sales<BR><BR>State: Washington<BR><BR>City: Bothell<BR><BR>Job Description: <BR>Sales Trainees participate in Patterson&rsquo;s six-month Sales Professional Development Program (SPDP) designed to provide recent college graduates with the training, coaching and hands-on experience necessary to become a successful sales professional at Patterson.<BR>Upon successful completion of the SPDP, participants will have the opportunity to secure a full time position as a sales professional with Patterson at one of our North Central Region locations:Seattle, Salt Lake City, Boise, Portland, Medford, Spokane.<BR>Major Duties<BR>As a sales trainee, you will participate in the day to day operations of the branch and learn first-hand the knowledge, skills and tools necessary to be a successful sales professional at Patterson.<BR>Sales Trainees are provided a variety of learning opportunities and work experiences including, but not limited to:<BR>* Participating in Patterson Dental&rsquo;s Essentials of Territory Management sales training program <BR>* Participating in sales calls and site visits with experienced sales professionals and Service Technicians <BR>* Observing customer interactions and selecting the appropriate sales strategies based upon customer needs and expectations. <BR>* Providing service and support for Patterson customers (entering orders, processing returns, scheduling demos and installations) <BR>* Assist the sales and service teams with product demonstrations and installations <BR>* Attending and participating in monthly sales meetings <BR>* Job-shadowing Branch personnel to understand each of the sales support functions in a Branch office. <BR>* Travel to a Patterson Distribution Center to understand the role logistics and distribution plays in being a value-add provider for our customers<BR>*Applicants must be willing torelocate<BR>Qualifications: <BR>Minimum Qualifications<BR>* BS/BA students on track to graduate in Spring 2012 (December 2011 graduates also accepted)<BR>* Strong interest in a sales career<BR>* Desire and ability to travel and relocate - sales trainees WILL RELOCATE upon completion of the 6 month training program.<BR>* Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher<BR>Preferred Candidate Criteria <BR>* Major or Minor in Business, Marketing or Sales <BR>* Held an On/Off-campus leadership position/s <BR>* Member/participant in school or national organizations in Marketing, Sales or related field <BR>* Previous work experience in Marketing, Sales or related field <BR>* Exceptional verbal/written communication and presentation skills <BR>* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills <BR>* Excellent organization and time management skills <BR>* Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter <BR>* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, flexible environment <BR>* School and work experience using both Microsoft Word, Excel<BR>Position Type: Full-Time<BR><BR>Regular or Temporary: Regular<BR><BR>Company: Patterson Dental Supply, Inc.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 </font></td>
