This person produces a physical design that meets the performance, cost and schedule goals of the project. They manage the implementation of the design from concept through production release to ensure that all physical goals are met and investigate new technologies and suppliers to leverage the best available resources for future product needs as well as products in work.<BR><BR>We require a BS Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience; MS Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience is a plus; 9 years relevant industry experience; 4 years experience with injection-molded plastics, magnesium die-casting, aluminum extrusions, sheet metal, thermal management and EMI RFI shielding; Proficient with SolidWorks software; ISO, FDA or other regulated industry training and experience; Experience in product development from conception to release.<BR><BR>We offer a fantastic compensation package, including full benefits, matching 401k and paid time off.
