As a member of the Competence Group Management Team, this role will be responsible for managing a group of Business Analysts and Tech Leads as well as:<BR><BR>? Ensure timely availability of capabilities (Business Analysts, Tech Leads and external delivery teams) to develop and support a specific business or enabling platforms, industrialization of solution delivery, whilst maintaining employability.<BR>? Deploy ways of working as agreed within IT Delivery: enforce agreed way of working in the team in the specific domain (supported by tools)<BR>? Ensure appropriate personnel management practices regarding recruitment and selection, adequate staffing, remuneration, performance appraisals, education and training (Open Group Certification)<BR>? Ensure high level of engagement of employees<BR>? Participate in projects as Business Analyst<BR>? Collaborate with Business, IT Business Partners, Architects and Tech Leads to elaborate on the requirements<BR>? Build effective and productive key business stakeholder relationships<BR>? Early involvement in solution design and estimations<BR>? Understand how the IT solution supports the Business Process End-2-End. Has IT landscape expertise on Sector level, BG, Markets or Functions<BR>? Analyze main business processes and requirements and translate into IT solutions<BR>? Responsible for maximizing the use and acceptance of standard/catalogue based solutions to support business needs driving industry best practices processes<BR>? Responsible for maintaining product backlog with user stories to cover development effort for the upcoming sprints<BR>? Develop user stories/wireframes (both functional and system operational requirements) and work with client on elaboration and ambiguity resolution<BR>? Ong </font></td>
