That''s why we''re here.<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>Position Purpose <BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>We are looking for a highly motivated individual who seeks challenges and is able to drive through ambiguity to get to clarity. The Systems Analyst works with cross-functional teams to provide technical system design recommendations to meet the Retail/Sales and Customer Service business and functional requirements. This position will plan, direct and complete the analysis of business problems to be solved with automated systems. The Systems Analyst will identify and evaluate systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements, and will act as the primary face of IT to the internal Customer and is the liaison between the user community and internal IT resources.<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>Position Duties and Responsibilities <BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>Primary Duties and Responsibilities:<BR><BR><BR>* Translate business requirements into system impacts, functional specifications, detailed use cases and works with architects and developers to translate requirements into technical specifications.<BR><BR><BR>* Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or developed T-Mobile applications or systems and prepares documentation including detailed descriptions, flow charts, diagrams, and system interface descriptions outlining systems capabilities and processes.<BR><BR><BR>* Coordinate and manage project Change Requests. Communicate effectively to keep business, IT and project personnel up to date.<BR><BR><BR>* Provides input from high-level (t-shirt) to detailed estimates for intake, projects, and change requests in area of responsibility.<BR><BR><BR>* Creates technical impact assessments utilizing input and direction from development and supporting documentation such as functional specifications, use cases etc.<BR><BR><BR>* Utilize and train others on their knowledge of the business processes in their area of responsibility and can work with the Business to define requirements that will drive efficiencies in the business taking into account the entire picture as well as the details.<BR><BR><BR>* Contribute to and work to meet project schedules by providing accurate estimates of effort required for analyst and development deliverables by providing updates on project progress to team members, project management and project personnel, and by escalating issues that might affect project success to management.<BR><BR><BR>* Collaborate/Partner with other teams including Enterprise Testing, Release Planning and Management, Development, Project Management, and Application Support on successful delivery of projects and enhancements.<BR><BR><BR>* </font></td>
