               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Sr. Business Systems Analyst- Financial Management<BR>Location: null<BR>Other Locations: null<BR>* Provide business case analysis for investment decision support of key initiatives<BR>* Develop operational budget, variance analysis, with executive dashboard for key stakeholders<BR>* Manage the Lights On capital portfolio, supporting project intake and prioritization efforts<BR>* Analyze key operational finances - capital labor, external labor for prioritization efforts and opportunity<BR>* Manage Dashboards and Scorecards for key initiatives<BR>* Assists with team reporting/metrics/analysis deliverables as required<BR>* Analyze performance against published KPIs<BR>* Meet with key stakeholders on a periodic basis to review activity metrics, KPIs and process performance and identify corrective actions to address any low-performing areas<BR>* Ensure that the current and future service requirements of customers are identified, understood and documented<BR><BR><BR><BR>* Must have broad/strong analytical skill set, including complex modeling* Proven ability to express ideas verbally, including good presentation skills<BR>* Proven ability to produce a variety of business documents that display a command of language, clarity of thought and orderliness of presentation<BR>* Must perform well under pressure, adjust to new priorities and demands, be customer-focused, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills<BR>* Advanced skills working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint<BR>* 7-10 years of experience in a Financial Analyst (or equivalent) role<BR>* 3 years of experience within IT (Prefer 4 years)<BR><BR>Preferred skills: * MBA preferred<BR>* ITIL v3 Foundations Certification preferred<BR>* 2-3 years of experience in Telecom preferred <BR>* 2 years of IT experience is preferred <BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>Ciber is a global IT consulting company with 7,000 consultants in North America, Europe and Asia/Pacific, and approximately $1 billion in annual revenue.
