That''s why we''re here.Senior ITSM AnalystDescription:<BR>As a leader on the Service Strategy and Design team, the purpose of this position is to provide leadership and support to a cross section of IT Service Management disciplines, primarily focused on Service Catalog Management and Service Level Management within IT Operations. In addition to tasks listed (below) for an ITSM Analyst, this position will be key to leading the development and implementation and evolution of an IT Service Catalog along with the organizational and process adjustments necessary to adopt a service oriented business model. The successful candidate must have the ability to perform well under pressure, managing numerous competing priorities. They will be extremely customer focused, having worked in an IT Service Management role before, they will have very strong written and oral communication skills and accustomed to working within business critical environments.Duties and Responsibilities:<BR>* Define requirements and provide design oversight for the logical development and implementation of an IT Service Catalog for T-Mobile''s IT Operations line of business.<BR>* Develop and implement an operating framework for IT Operations Organization that will support a service based business model.<BR>* Development of RFP/RFI and contracts as needed<BR>* Enforce published Standards and Policies for IT Service Management<BR>* Develop and create processes; process analysis for continuous improvement; process decomposition<BR>* Support the process integration with other key IT Service Management processes<BR>* Provide process development service to enable service owners to define, visualize, measure, control report and improve processes associated with the delivery of services<BR>* Team reporting/metrics/analysis deliverables as required<BR>* Ensure that the current and future service requirements of customers are identified, understood and documented<BR>* Establish a catalog framework, service taxonomy and service characteristics for T-Mobile''s IT Operations.<BR>* Define levels of service to be delivered with the customer<BR>* Establish the practice of Service Catalog Management.<BR>* Establish a costing model (show back/charge back etc.) for IT Operations services and help drive adoption/compliance.<BR>* Assist with capital portfolio management and support intake and assessment services.<BR>* Also, contribute to the capital intake & assessment process evolution in order to drive greater quality and efficiency.<BR><BR>!*!Minimum Require                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      </font></td>
