Translate business and functional/system requirements into documented technical and architectural specifications. <BR>? Facilitate reviews (walkthroughs) of specifications with other members of the technical team, communicating design, requirements, feature set, functionality and limitations of systems/applications to team. <BR>? Specific examples of documentation would include: interface specifications, functional use cases (not high level business use cases), UML diagrams, wireframes, and other design level documents. <BR>? Partner with other teams including Enterprise Testing, Release Planning and Management, Business Systems Analysis, Project Management, and Application Support on successful delivery of systems enhancements.<BR><BR>Duties and Responsibilities:<BR>? Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or developed applications or systems, prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes.<BR>? Translate business and user requirements into accurate system requirements specification documents through systems and data analysis<BR>? Plan, facilitate, and participate in working sessions with cross-functional resources<BR>? Identify, evaluate and define impacts of changes, provide alternatives both to the application changing and all upstream and downstream systems, or identify if a change is a manual process taking into account the entire picture as well as the <BR>? details.<BR>? Coordinate and manage project Change Requests.<BR>Communicate effectively to keep business, IT and project personnel up to date.<BR>? Apply modeling techniques to deliverables.<BR>? Utilize various business process and system modeling tools including: Data Flow Diagrams, Process Models, ER diagrams, Dimensional Data Models, Context Models, Event Modeling, State Modeling, Process decomposition, and Use Case Scenarios.<BR>? Contribute to and work to meet project schedules by providing accurate estimates of effort required for analyst and development deliverables, by providing updates on project progress to team members, project management and project personnel, and by escalating issues that might affect project success to management.<BR><BR>? Experience creating requirements, functional and systems specifications, and test requirement documents<BR>? Experience with supporting both purchased and in-house developed applications<BR>? Knowledge of presentation tier technologies<BR>? Strong experience developing requirements for Ecommerce/Web platforms for an enterprise caliber system<BR>? System Analysis experience in the support/operation of a of large carrier class enterprise eCommerce system<BR>? Thorough working knowledge of the system development life cycle<BR>? Able to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments, and create deliverables<BR>? Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing suite of complex applications<BR>?
