               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Technical Systems Analyst<BR>Location: null<BR>Other Locations: null<BR>Ciber Inc. is seeking to hire a Technical Systems Analyst to join its practice.<BR><BR>Job Responsibilities:<BR>* Translate business and functional/system requirements into documented technical and architectural specifications.<BR>* Facilitate reviews (walkthroughs) of specifications with other members of the technical team, communicating design, requirements, feature set, functionality and limitations of systems/applications to team.<BR>* Will have in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in supporting Web applications.<BR>* Specific examples of documentation would include: interface specifications, functional use cases (not high level business use cases), UML diagrams, wireframes, and other design level documents.<BR>* Will drive down to the detailed level of information they need to have documented when dealing with development teams and vendors.<BR>* Will act as the SME/representative of the development team while the developers are writing code or fixing issues.<BR>* Have to be a strong communicator that can understand systems and articulate design gaps or dependencies on other systems.<BR>* Will also collaborate/partner with other teams including Enterprise Testing, Release Planning and Management, Business Systems Analysis, Project Management, and Application Support on successful delivery of systems enhancements.<BR>* Complete required analysis deliverable documentation.<BR>* Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or developed client applications or systems and prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes.<BR>* Plan, facilitate, and participate in working sessions with cross-functional resources.<BR>* Work with the business to define requirements that will drive efficiencies taking into account the entire picture as well as the details.<BR>* Assist in definition, design, and management of Enterprise Architecture components and low-level technical Architecture design documents.<BR>* Will identify, evaluate and define impacts of changes, provide alternatives both to the application changing and all upstream and downstream systems, or identify if a change is a manual process taking into account the entire picture as well as the details.<BR>* Coordinate and manage project Change Requests. Communicate effectively to keep business, IT and project personnel up to date.<BR>* Will conceptualize, document and communicate innovative solutions to meet or exceed business objectives.<BR>* Will apply modeling techniques to deliverables.<BR>* Will utilize various business process and system modeling tools including: Data Flow Diagrams, Process Models, ER diagrams, Dimensional Data Models, Context Models, Event Modeling, State Modeling, Process decomposition, and Use Case Scenarios.<BR>* Contribute to and work to meet project schedules by providing accurate estimates of effort required for analyst and development deliverables, by providing updates on project progress to team members, project                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 </font></td>
