<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Provide technical support to a customer wireless narrowband VHF communications system supporting Federal Law Enforcement users. Individual will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of VHF Land Mobile Radio infrastructure equipment and subscriber/radio programming for voice and data operations. Other duties include scheduling and managing RF, Dispatch, and Master Site maintenance activities, conducting inventory management, parts replacement, and administration support. Conduct status reporting, briefings, attending and supporting meetings and other correspondence as required.<BR><BR>Individual will provide technical support for the Integrated Wireless Network (IWN) System located in Bothell, WA. In this capacity he will be responsible for ensuring all IWN zone/area segments are operational and providing continual oversight of the system operation. Responsible for conducting computer system administration activities, interfacing with partners and customers who own or manage sites. Report and monitor on network connectivity to the sites. Train users.<BR><BR>Required Skills:At least 10 years of related electronics experience Installation, Configuration, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of VHF LMR Trunked Infrastructure equipment (Quantar/GTR) or similar experience Communication site development and maintenance including RF site installation methods and "best practices" (e.g. R56 grounding standards) Include tuning, alignments, and diagnostics Wireline circuit troubleshooting Portable/Mobile Radio Programming or similar experience Experience with multiplexing techniques and circuit mapping Operation of various test equipment including spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope, multi-meter, etc Experience with AC & DC power systems Basic electricity and electronics Knowledge of sketches, schematics, drawings, blue prints, block and wiring diagrams and technical manuals Proficient with Microsoft Office products Excellent verbal and written communication skills Presentation skills for both formal and informal settings Eligible DoD Secret Security clearance and the ability to obtain TS for FEMA accessPreferred Skills:Experience with Centracom Gold Elite and MCC7500 Consoles and Astro Spectra Desktop Consoles Experience with Harris and Motorola mobile, subscriber, and station systems Experience with Encryption Management Experience with various telecommunication technologies (private line, MPLS, optical carrier) and various vendors (e.g. interaction, restrictions) Basic networking and IP concepts: TCP/IP, IP address blocks, subnet masking, packet structure and routing Basic Microsoft Windows account management and system administration Basic PC hardware and OS troubleshooting Ethernet switch and router management Basic differences of IPv4 vs IPv6 MPLS and ATM networks Basic telephony - LATAs, NPA-NXX, DACS, CSU/DSU, E&M, wire centers, end offices, and Circuit Hierarchy Basic inventory and logistics principals Ability to document and report r </font></td>
