CEU assistance<BR><BR>Major Responsibilities (this list may not include all of the duties assigned):<BR><BR><BR><BR>* Asses the status of the patients health by obtaining relevant health and medical history; performing physical examinations based on age and history; perform or order preventive and diagnostic procedures and identify health and medical risk factors.<BR>* Develop treatment plans, with the patient and family, established on evidence based, mutually acceptable, cost awareness plan that maximizes health.<BR><BR>Education and Experience:<BR>The ideal candidate will possess:<BR>??? Masters of Nursing from a program accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).<BR>??? A current unrestricted license to practice as a registered nurse in one of the fifty states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.<BR>??? A current certification as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).<BR>???
