<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Housing Kitsap is recruiting for the position of Loan packager and Training Specialist. This position is 32 hours per week providing a range of services including marketing of our single family programs, public relations, outreach, mortgage loan packaging, credit and budget counseling. The ideal candidate will have three years’ time management, marketing, or customer service experience and some USDA-RD 502 mortgage loan packaging experience. They must be proficient in MS Office Suite as well as possess a valid Washington State Driver’s License.<BR><BR>The compensation package for this position includes health, dental, vision, life and short term disability insurance. In addition, we offer a generous leave package including vacation, sick, and holiday pay. <BR><BR>Housing Kitsap is a public entity organized under the Housing Authorities Law of the State of Washington (Chapter 35.82 RCW) and was created by resolution for the Kitsap County Commissioners in 1982. Under State Law, the Authority’s purpose is to provide housing assistance to low-income families and individuals.
