               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION</b><BR>SEASONAL HOLIDAY SALES POSITIONS - OCTOBER - JANUARY<BR>Sells general merchandise to customers exercising professional selling techniques. Works as part of a sales team to provide service which anticipates and exceeds Customer expectations. Departments include; Electronics, Customer Service, Home & Garden and Package Store.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS</b><BR><b>Resumes not addressing these items may not be referred</b><BR><BR>- 6 Months experience in retail sales<BR>- Experience selling Specialty items such as Electronics, Appliances, Lawn / Garden items is desired.<BR><BR>- Must have command of the English Language to explain features and benefits of product being sold. <BR><BR><b>EXPECTED QUALIFICATIONS</b><BR><BR>- Able to pass a criminal background check to include:  No Felonies or Violent Crimes (To include Domestic and Violation of Protective Order).<BR><BR>- Able to meet dress standards to include:  No visible tattoos and no facial piercings (employees are allowed three earrings per ear).<BR><BR>- Able to complete sales transactions in a timely manner.<BR><BR>- Able to greet and engage customers in conversation for purposes of providing sales related assistance.<BR><BR>- Able to assist in the selection of merchandise and suggest additional items to complement the customer's selections.<BR><BR>- Able to gain knowledge regarding merchandise selected to include proper set-up, use, care, characteristics, and warrantee coverage.<BR><BR>- Able to interact with customers and co-workers in a friendly and professional manner.<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE</b><BR><BR>Part-time position available, may be asked to work any day of the week, days and evenings.  (When completing the company application, you must choose "Part-Time" as one of your choices for hours interested in.)<BR>Part-Time works approximately 20-30 hours per week.<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS</b><BR><BR>$9.10 per hour<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE</b><BR><BR>Seasonal Holiday duration from October - January<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY</b><BR> <BR>You must visit a WorkSource office in person between the hours of 8am and 4pm  with this job order number to request a referral and for application instructions.
