Services team, you will be responsible for writing, developing, and implementing training for our GoldCare customers and MROs. You will conduct analysis to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design. Additionally, you will evaluate the effectiveness of technical training. Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials. Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities. Ensures accuracy and quality of training products.<BR>This position will require traveling 50% of time explaining how to use the maintenance database utilized by the Program for supporting GoldCare processes and procedures. This position will interact with other subject matter experts to gather necessary data to formulate training classes.<BR><BR>Experience working with airline customers or MROs preferred.
