Visit us at www.redwingshoe.com. <BR><BR>Try this on for size: <BR>As a Part Time Sales Associate (working up to 18-25 hrs/wk) for a Red Wing Shoe Store, you will be an important member of a team that serves, welcomes, and advises customers. You will help customers make proper footwear selections; document sales; process payments; keep customers informed of new product; and contribute to the overall team effort of the store. <BR><BR>Key Accountabilities <BR>• Promote and support the high quality Red Wing brand image through professional selling. <BR>• Explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications. <BR>• Knows the strengths and weaknesses of competitors' products. <BR>• Enthusiasm to provide the highest level of customer service. <BR>• Motivation to reach and exceed individual and team sales goals. <BR>• Take pride and responsibility for overall store and personal appearance. <BR><BR>Qualifications <BR>• High school diploma (or GED) and one year of sales experience preferred. <BR>• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers. <BR>• Willingness to learn, take direction and follow store policies. <BR>• Dependability and flexibility with scheduled work shifts. <BR>• Must be available to work weekends and evenings. <BR><BR><BR>Submit resume to Kevin.Selle@redwingshoes.com.<BR><BR>RWSC offers 401K with company match to Part-Time employees.
