When you join a Nordstrom Store, you are welcomed into a family dedicated to creating memorable and rewarding shopping experiences for our customers.<BR><BR>The ideal Sales Integration Specialist candidate is detail oriented, results driven and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day. <BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR>* Drive store volume and enhance customer experience through education, influence and coaching to ensure the adoption of behaviors and processes<BR>* Handle all customer concerns in a proactive, positive manner as applicable<BR>* Ensure security and privacy of customer information including education, compliance and disposition of issues<BR>* Educate salespeople on processes, tools and technology initiatives to enhance the customer experience and drive profitable sales<BR>* Build positive team relationships throughout the store by actively participating in achieving department goals<BR>* Demonstrate ability to perform Sales Integration, Cash Room and Communications procedures, as applicable<BR>* Demonstrate ownership, accountability and initiative<BR>Qualifications:<BR>* Nordstrom or other retail experience<BR>* Ability to effectively build relationships with customers, peers and leadership<BR>* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment<BR>* Proficiency in multiple operating systems such as, MS Windows, iOS and Android<BR>* Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills<BR>* Experience leading projects or initiatives a plus<BR>Since 1901, Nordstrom has offered a wide variety of quality apparel, shoes and accessories for men, women and children at our stores across the country.
