<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">LOCATION: Burlington Operations Center<BR><BR>DAYS/HOURS: Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.<BR><BR>POSITION PURPOSE:<BR>This position corrects and balances transactions up to the most complex, and creates adjustments to customer accounts according to department procedures and situation for approval list. Position also prepares and transmits high dollar data transaction processing files to the Federal Reserve, downloads and processes Remote Deposit and Retail customer account files and develops and completes cash letter information for Canadian transactions and reporting purposes. Responsibilities may also include directing night Data Processing staff in the absence of the Data Processing Lead. <BR><BR>QUALIFICATIONS:<BR>• Minimum 2 years experience in financial institution data processing, operations (loans and deposits), or Retail banking.<BR>• Previous experience with uploading and downloading files preferred<BR>• Previous experience with processing operations software and familiarity with Windows directory and file structure preferred.<BR>• Excellent customer service skills.<BR>• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills. <BR>• Ability to research, assimilate and prioritize information in a fast paced environment.<BR><BR>Thank you for your interest in employment with Whidbey Island Bank.
