               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b> <BR>Local business in the advanced structural materials industry has an opening for a full-time Process Technician/NC Operator who will machine honeycomb composite materials for various applications using hand and power tools.  <BR><BR>The position opening will require selected applicants to produce parts according to a production schedule; ensuring product is completed on time within quality specifications. <BR><BR>The ideal candidate will be flexible, detailed-oriented with a great attitude and one who can communicate effectively as a team member.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b> <BR>- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required<BR>- 6 months documented experience in a manufacturing environment<BR>- Demonstrated ability to lift 35 pounds on a regular basis.  <BR>- Pass pre-employment drug test as a condition of employment<BR>- Pass a background check spanning the past ten years related to the job<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b> <BR>- None<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b> <BR>- 40 hours per week <BR>- Monday through Friday, swing and graveyard positions are available but candidates must be available to work all shifts.<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b> <BR>- $13.42 per hour <BR>- Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick and holiday pay, profit sharing and education assistance.<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE: </b><BR>-Closes at 4 p.m. on 11/15/12, or at business request<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY:</b><BR>-Have the job order number, resume, cover letter, and three work references identifying how you meet the required qualifications when requesting your referral.  <BR>-Be prepared to complete a company application at the time of referral<BR>-WorkSource staff <b>MUST</b> refer to Special Instructions for referral information.<BR></font></td>
