PURPOSE OF THE JOB<BR><BR><BR>Supports sales and marketing team by tracking, investigating, and reporting sales information; resolving problems. <BR><BR>II. DESCRIPTION OF WORK PERFORMED <BR><BR>1. Assists in entering and updating sales orders, order acknowledgements<BR><BR>2. Assists in tradeshow logistics<BR><BR>3. Update managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding summaries<BR><BR>4. Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and customers<BR><BR>5. Maintains Sales and Customer reports via various tools (web portal, spreadsheets etc).<BR><BR>6. Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates<BR><BR>7. Answers incoming calls/routes to appropriate contact<BR><BR>8. Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.<BR><BR>9. Organizes/maintains sales order filing (paper and electronic files),
