We do this by offering a wide range of services that provide assistance to maintain independence, exercise choice, and live life to its fullest.?<BR>We offer support for a wide range of independent living functions including companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparations, laundry, medication reminders, transportation, essential shopping, personal care needs, bathing, toileting, dressing, personal hygiene and incontinence care.<BR>We are looking for an energetic, engaging and dependable Home Care Aide.  We are looking for someone that has excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to contribute to the daily operations of a client home.  This includes ensuring that client’s plan of care is followed and additionally, to provide scheduling, driving and engaging clients with community activities and MD appointments.<BR>Successful Home Care Aides will possess the following skills:<BR>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills<BR>• Experience working with diverse populations including developmentally disabled adults<BR>• High School diploma or GED<BR>• 18 years of age or over<BR>• Ability to pass an extensive background investigation<BR>• Nursing Assistant Registration (NAR) or Nursing Assistant Certification (NAC) preferred<BR>• Washington State Drivers License and proof of insurance on your own vehicle<BR>• 6-12 months experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred<BR>• Strong problem skills and flexibility</font></td>
