               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Application Analyst I (Physician Liaison) - Pendleton, OR<BR>Location: OR-Pendleton-St Anthony Hospital<BR>Job Number:_1200013589<BR>Summary: <BR>* <BR>Assists in implementing, upgrading and supporting application systems.<BR>* <BR>Assists with testing systems and applications before implementation into production. <BR>* <BR>Assists in troubleshooting and resolving reported system and application problems in the test and production environments. <BR>* <BR>Assists in documenting processes and procedures relating to current and future systems environments. <BR>* <BR>Assists in training and educating users on system functionality and capability.<BR><BR>Essential Duties:<BR>* <BR>Provides Level 2 support for day-to-day production issues maintaining documentation in the appropriate tracking systems while adhering to prescribed escalation & change control procedures .<BR>* <BR>Supports standardization of documentation and the integration of applicable standards and practices.<BR>* <BR>Participates in testing releases prior to installing in production<BR>* <BR>Interacts with business teams to develop application requirements and installation plans<BR>* <BR>Assists in developing training materials and training users on system functionality.<BR>* <BR>Assists with performing applications changes.<BR>* <BR>Assists in documenting business and system processes and procedures  through the use of industry standard process flow and flow charting techniques.<BR>* <BR>Completes assigned tasks as per defined project scope, timelines, and budgets for implementations. Works to prescribed methodologies for all project implementations. May work on multiple implementations at any given time.<BR>* <BR>Participates in the installation of maintenance/patches and software upgrades.<BR>* <BR>Additional tasks/responsibilities as defined.<BR>* <BR>Assists in developing test scripts and executes test scripts in a timely fashion.<BR>* <BR>Participates in coordinating the transition from implementation to production and application support<BR>* <BR><BR>Provides one-on-one IT support services for employed and affiliated physicians. <BR>* <BR><BR>Develops and maintains ongoing relationships with physicians while promoting use of technology.<BR>* <BR><BR>Collaborates with other ITS support staff to enhance physician satisfaction and facilitate adoption of IT systems.<BR>* <BR>May require on-call coverage responsibilities<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Education:<BR>* <BR>Bachelor&#39;s Degree in a related field or may substitute an equivalent combination of education and experience.<BR>Experience:<BR>* <BR>1-3 years experience in supporting vendor platform.<BR>* <BR>Knowledge of systems and application development.<BR>* <BR>Knowledge of ITIL environments preferred.<BR>* <BR>Healthcare experience preferred.<BR>License/Certification:<BR>* None required.<BR>Additional Responsibilities :<BR><BR><BR>* Works with IT staff to integrate documentation requirements.<BR>* Works with other Application Analysts, Application Solution Architects,<BR>* Application Developers, and Technical Analysts on coordinating installationof maintenance releases.<BR>* Demonstrates a commitment to service, hospital values a                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              </font></td>
