               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Minimum Qualifications    Three years of nursing experience including some supervisory and/or teaching experience which shows knowledge of:    a)    Nursing techniques and therapeutic intervention used in care and treatment of patients who are mentally ill, emotionally disturbed or have psychiatric/medical disorders.    b)    Supervisory techniques and work management of subordinate personnel; and    c)    Administrative and educational principles and practices involved in nursing administration.    SPECIAL QUALIFICATION: A Master's degree in psychiatric or mental health nursing or its equivalent from a school of nursing accredited by the National League for Nursing is required, or be qualified by education and experience in the care of the mentally ill. *If you are hired and have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing, you may be eligible for an additional salary differential of 4.75% or 9.5% of your monthly salary.    NOTE: At the time of appointment, must possess a valid Oregon Registered Professional Nurse's license.    If you are using education (a degree or coursework) to qualify for this position, transcripts must be submitted for all required or related courses. Transcripts can be official or unofficial at time of application.
