               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Nurse Practitioner<BR>Location: OR-Pendleton-St Anthony Hospital<BR>Job Number:_1200020129<BR>Job Summary:<BR><BR>The certified Nurse Practitioner is a licensed health care provider who gives primary care for Internal Medicine patients. The CRNP provides well care with a special emphasis on health maintenance and disease prevention in an Internal Medicine clinic setting.<BR><BR>Essential Duties:<BR>* Manages the care of and gives direct patient care according to established protocols/guidelines.<BR>* Consults with the physician accordingly to establish protocols/guidelines.<BR>* Utilizes the established CRNP Practice guidelines for obtaining medical consults, collaboration and referral.<BR>* Collects and assesses patient care data, develops and implements a plan of management and evaluates outcome of care.<BR>* Demonstrates knowledge of and abides by federal and state regulations that apply to practice environment and infection control.<BR>* Provide continuity of care for patients.<BR>* Review Laboratory, Radiology, and other patient testing results.
