               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Qualifications:     Minimum 1 year experience as a janitor or housekeeper.  A requirement for this position is a documented disability.  We are a company that trains and hires people with disabilities.  Applicant must be physically able to perform work that includes endurance, lifting, carrying, bending and pulling.   Position duties will include dusting; vacuuming; empting trash; cleaning walls, windows, floors, and counter tops; wax, clean, and polish floors; and using an electric buffer.      Requirements:    ' This position requires that the applicant has a documented disability.    ' The applicant must speak and understand English  ' Must pass a pre-employment drug UA, and have the ability to pass a stringent criminal background check.    ' Prefer candidates with a valid drivers' license and insurance, a clean driving record.  If not a driver, must have dependable transportation to work site to maintain good attendance and punctuality.       Hours: Part time position for a janitor in Pendleton.
