The Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician must possess the desire and ability to maintain and repair all plant equipment. As a member of the Chehalis, Washington team, you will be a partner in the Operations Division. The person in this role is to maintain and repair plant machinery and assist with special projects. <BR><BR>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<BR><BR>* Strong electrical and mechanical background.<BR>* Licensed Maintenance Electricians (LME) license preferred.<BR>* Ability to interpret industrial power and control systems wiring diagrams.<BR>* Ability to troubleshoot and maintain processing and packaging equipment. PLC experience desirable. <BR>* Working knowledge of boilers, refrigeration, air systems and ancillaries.<BR>* Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail.<BR>* Ability to develop, learn, implement and teach others new procedures, policies and protocols.<BR>* Able to work nights, weekends, holidays and available on call.<BR>* Ability to perform the essential functions of the position.<BR>* Good team, interpersonal and communication skills.<BR>* Sanitary welding and fabrication desire.<BR>Education, Experience and Certifications:<BR><BR>* 3-5 years manufacturing maintenance or related experience <BR>Note:<BR>We offer our employees a team oriented work environment, competitive salary, an excellent benefit package including, and education assistance program.<BR>Darigold is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
