Working Title: Instructional Technology Support Consultant
Job Summary/Essential Functions: The Instructional Technology Support Consultant ("elearning consultant") performs work in support of information systems and users (predominately faculty members) in an assigned area of responsibility: (a) to provide instructional technology and elearning support services, (b) to provide application administration and support services, (c) to provide elearning course design and development services and (d) to provide project management and implementation oversight services ? all in support of teaching and learning at EWU.

Work Schedule: Typically Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Occasionally might require nights or weekend work.

Required Discipline(s) for Degree: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, instructional technology or other related field.
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Three years (can be concurrent) of recent experience in the areas of instructional technology, eLearning support, and/or learning management systems administration and/or media systems administration (streaming, MMS, etc.).
2. Three years (can be concurrent) of experience in the implementation, administration and support of enterprise information technology(ies).
3. Journey level experience with web development including Javascript and contemporary HTML4/5 compositions, Content Capture / Authoring, Graphic / Presentation Design tools.
4. Journey level experience with two or more of the following, or other closely related products: TegrityA
