This position will direct the operation of an espresso location and participate in the preparation of food, customer service, maintenance and sanitation at EWU Dining Services.<br/><br/><b>Conditions of Employment</b>: -- This position requires a valid food handler's permit and a valid driver's license. <BR/>-- The successful candidate must be able to work weekends and evenings.<BR/>-- The successful candidate must be able to stand for extended periods of time. <BR/>-- The successful candidate must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. <BR/>-- This position, during the course of university employment, will be involved in the receipt of, or accountability for, university funds or other items of value, as well as the unsupervised access with the developmentally disabled, vulnerable adults or children under the age of 18. Typical work week will consust of five days per week, eight hours per day, with two consecutive days off. Weekends and evenings may be part of the work week schedule.<br/><br/><b>Minimum Qualifications</b>: -- Possession of a food handler's permit <BR/> <BR/>AND <BR/> <BR/>-- Two years of full-time experience in food service work in high production kitchen, including one year of experience as a lead, or two years of culinary training. <BR/> <BR/> <BR/>AND <BR/> <BR/>Specific Position Requirements: <BR/>-- High school diploma or GED <BR/>-- Experience receiving cash payments and processing credit/debit sales through the use of computerized POS equipment and cash registers. <BR/>--Valid Driver's License <BR/> <BR/>Additionally, candidates must offer a demonstrated high degree of interest, ability and/or experience promoting cultural competency or diversity<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications</b>: Barista experience <BR/>Experience with high volume coffee stand operations <BR/>Experience with coffee brewing equipment maintenance<br /><br />Apply Here:  http://www.Click2Apply.net/3jqrz3h</font></td>
