<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>Part-time Cage Cashier needed to assist customers with transactions and balancing bank drawer within the Cage Department. Cashier will be responsible for maintaining accuracy throughout all phases of the balancing process, and will be held accountable, to a very high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports and Confidentiality. Facilitates the flow of information, by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings. Must adhere to our SMILE service standards by providing excellent customer service; also make sure you provide prompt courteous service to our customers, by continuing to assess your service skills within the Chewelah Casinos service standards. Maintenance of cashier drawer transaction records. Excellent administrative skills. Redeems foreign currency, computing accurate exchange rates for the various currencies received. Other duties as assigned.<BR>**Candidate to obtain the Class B gaming license, which cost $150. <BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>- High School diploma or (GED) require<BR>- Must be at least 18 years old to obtain a gaming license <BR>- Excellent Customer Service skills<BR>- Ability to obtain a gaming license (Licensed B)<BR>- Must pass a pre-employment drug test<BR>- Must be extremely numbers oriented and computer literate<BR>- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints<BR>- Ability to be motivated<BR>- Excellent leadership skills<BR>- Ability to work independently and use good judgment<BR>- Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals<BR>- Good communication skills, both oral and written<BR>- The employee is required to lift 10 to 25 pounds frequently<BR>- The employee is required to stand for extended periods of time, up to the duration of the shift<BR>- Held accountable, to a very high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports and Confidentiality.<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>Some college courses in Banking and Finance or related area preferred.<BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE:</b><BR>- 24 to 32 hours a week<BR>- Casino is open from 8:00am to 4:00pm, Sunday through Saturday...hours worked would be sometime between 7:30am to 4:00am depending how long it takes to balance till<BR>- Must be able to work shift work, holidays, weekends, and special events<BR><BR><b>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS:</b><BR>$9.04 per hour<BR>- The Class B license is $150 Yes, after the drug screening we will provide a referral to Tribal Gaming in Wellpinit. Applicant would have to pay the fee to them, up front , they will give applicant a brief interview to determine if applicant is at risk for anything.
